What counts as one update: one targeted change. One text block, one image swap, one link fix. Not a list of items. Unused updates do not roll over. All assets must be provided by you, web-ready and under 2MB. I do not resize, edit, or source your files. Turnaround clock starts when all assets and complete instructions are received, not when the request is submitted. Plans require full upfront payment for the chosen term. No month-to-month. Any request outside the defined scope is a separate quote, no exceptions.

Payment

50% deposit required to begin. No deposit, no start date. Remaining 50% at delivery before files are released. Add-ons are 100% upfront. Maintenance plans require full term payment. Payments via Cash App, Venmo, or agreed method.

Revisions

1 revision round included. A round = up to 5 specific change requests, submitted all at once. No redesigns, no new sections, no layout restructuring. Beyond 5 items = new round at +$75, billed before work resumes.

Timeline

Clock starts when deposit is received AND all content is submitted. Minimum 2-week turnaround. Rush (under 2 weeks) is +$200. Delays from late content on your end shift the timeline.

Content

You provide all copy, images, logos, and brand assets. Assets must be web-ready and under 2MB. I do not resize, edit, or source your files.

Delivery

Full zip file delivered upon final payment. Netlify preview link included, active for 30 days post-delivery. Domain purchase, DNS setup, and hosting deployment are all handled for you.
